The Mighty Mite Program is the next step after completing Learn to Skate.  To advance to Mighty Mite, players should be comfortable and confident skaters and should be ready to take more advanced instruction.  This is not a substitute for Learn to Skate.  Players will progress through skating and hockey drills and will participate in cross-ice hockey games in a 3 v 3 and 4 v 4 format.  The game is scaled down to their size to allow more action for developing players.  Cross-ice play allows all players to be near the action and provides more opportunities for players to participate.

We plan to have four teams at the mighty mite level this season.

All players will need the full complement of hockey gear: skates, helmet with full faceguard, hockey gloves, hockey stick, shin pads, protective cup, socks, hockey pants, elbow pads, shoulder pads, neckguard.  A team jersey will be provided when teams are divided.

Volunteers both on and off the ice are needed.  All on-ice volunteers must register as coaches before stepping on the ice.

Please contact Paul Todesca  with any questions.
